Fourth class pupils recently completed projects based on their favourite topic covered during the year.
Our school is participating in Agri Aware’s Incredible Edibles Programme, growing vegetables and herbs. As part of the programme, on a beautiful sunny Wednesday last, our two fifth classes and their parents were given a wonderful tour of Sean Dún Community Gardens. (more…)
On Friday, 3rd of May, our Junior Infants attended a workshop with Author & Illustrator, Rob Biddulph. We are extremely grateful to the Towers and Tales Lismore Story Festival who organised this wonderful event; which was facilitated by our local library in Dungarvan. (more…)
On Wednesday, 15th of May, excitement levels were at an all time high as the Coastguard helicopter and crew visited our children. Keeping it a secret until the visit was a challenge but it was worth seeing the awe and excitement on the children’s faces as they listened and looked skyward.
