Who We Would Like To Spend Christmas With

Ms. Smith’s first class boys and girls took part in a little project about who they would like to spend Christmas with. They spoke about family members, friends and pets. They then transferred their ideas onto paper through art.


Pom Pom Wreaths

Sixth class have also been busy with art this week. They made some fabulous pom pom Christmas wreaths. It took patience and a lot of effort to create such wonderful festive creations. I hear you are the pom pom queens now!!

Salt Dough Creations

Christmas Kindness

Ms. Carroll-Lawler’s boys paid a visit to their friends in senior infants. They surprised them with gingerbread men that they had baked themselves. What a nice random act of Christmas kindness!!


Festive Friday Activities

Christmas Art with Fifth and Sixth Class

Posting Letters to Santa

Mrs. Ryan’s junior infants made cards for Santa and showed off their beautiful handwriting skills. They wrote down all the letters of the alphabet they know for him and posted them in our very special postbox. He will be mighty impressed!!


Christmas Toy Show

Ms. Healy’s class came up with a novel idea for their Christmas Toy Show. Their parents texted in a photo of the boys and girls playing with their favourite toy. Ms. Healy was able to put the photo up on the whiteboard and the children got to take it in turns to speak about their favourite toy. What a fabulous idea!


Hot Chocolate Treat

Senior infants were treated to hot chocolate by their teachers after Santa and Mrs. Claus’ visit.  It was very yummy with a taste of more!
