Junior infants worked on The Gingerbread Man story in Aistear this week.
First they listened to the story being read. Then they cut and pasted the story back together. After that, they made puppets and got to role play the story. Next, they coloured and decorated a picture of the Gingerbread Man. They even got to use Playdoh and cutters to make Gingerbread people. Finally, they each got to decorate a yummy Gingerbread Man cookie which they brought home to eat. They all agreed that this was their favourite activity. I wonder why!!
