Ms. O’ Connor’s senior infants got a lovely treat today, when their teacher brought in a bird’s nest. It had been abandoned so it was ok to bring into school for the children to look at.
They were amazed that it had tiny little eggs inside and at how it was made. There were many questions for her and one or two pupils were inspired to try to make their own nests at home!
