Ms. McGovern was accepting entries of neatly written pieces of work by pupils who felt that they deserve a pen licence.
A pen licence is recognition by the class teacher, that the pupil’s handwriting is of a very good standard. Their reward would be that they will get to write in pen from now on. Check out the beautiful entries!
