March Assembly

Updated: 10th Mar 2024

We had an exciting assembly last week in St Mary’s to celebrate the life of Michael Clancy (Clagga). Clagga dedicated so much of his time volunteering in our school and would have been proud of our performances.

5th/6th class led the assembly with Amhrán na bhFiann, Mrs O Regan’s class danced the Dreoilín and Miss Ahearne got the crowd going with Don’t Worry Be Happy. We had a special performance by Brooke, Abby, Lola and Sophie where they showed off their Irish dancing skills. Well done everyone! A special word of thanks to Pat and Sandra for being present on the day and Ms. Hogan for organising this very special event.
