Last Friday, pupils and staff wore their clothes inside out for our Inside Out Day. We were all reminded that sometimes how we look on the outside may not reflect how we’re feeling on the inside. If this is the case, it’s important to talk to a family member, friend and/or teacher as help and support is always there.
Classes went on walks(going from inside to outside) which is a reminder of the importance of exercise and fresh air for our mental health. Some classes watched the movie ‘Inside Out’ which reiterates the sentiment that it’s ok to feel all feelings. A great movie, which is available to watch on Disney +.
We raised over €350 which will be sent off with our Amber Flag application. Thank you to all who contributed to this wonderful fundraiser and a massive thanks to Mrs. Barry for organising this event.
