Fourth Class must have had one of the hottest days of the year for their school tour this year.
Their destination was Cork. The first destination was the Old Cork Waterworks Experience, where they learned how the people of Cork were supplied with water in the past. Then it was on to Cork City Gaol, where they were enthralled by stories of former inmates and of course, the magnificent architecture that surrounded them. They rounded off the day with a relaxing lunch and game of bowling at The Planet.
